1.) When the Project Manager came by to discuss the previously signed contract prior to the start of the work, he altered item 5. which add cost of materials on top of a charge at $1.80 per square for removal and replacement of the decking. This added cost to this project.
2.) I was lead to believe by the salesperson that drip edge would be installed around all the outer surfaces of the house including the rake of the roof. When the Project Manager covered drip edge in the contract he said that the price of the project did not include drip edge on the rakes of the roof. This had to be added as additional cost. There were other issues.

They did a really excellent job with the roof. Everyone in the neighborhood keeps coming over and asking who did it . Wish I had a sign in my yard, sometimes it's late at night.

Install or Replace Traditional Tile Roofing in 23320

The roof was replaced Oct. 1, I am still waiting for the manufacturer's warranty. Communication was great before the roof was installed. Now I am having problems getting the 25-30 year warranty. The form was sent to me for completion but according to the form instructions, it should be completed by the installer of the roof. I have no idea what kind of shingles were used, etc. I need that manufacturer's warranty to feel secure that I don't have to worry about defects such as leaks in the years to come.
