I thought the overall experience was great from start to finish. Brian Twiddy did a great job communicating our needs and concerns to any and all involved throughout this project. Brian also offered his assistance and volunteered to be the point of contact regarding a separate (kitchen floor installation) job that was not a part of the our original kitchen contract, in the event that there was a hold up during this process. He is one of the few people that "still" display the value of true customer service when it comes to a stressful project such as kitchen renovations. I appreciate his expertise, recommendations and follow through. All in all, I have a beautiful brand new kitchen. Great job A-1 Additions.
