I settled with Hybrid for several reasons. 1) Ben gave us a good, fair price on a base unit and let us choose the upgrades w/out big pressure sale (he was patient and thorough with the explanations too). 2) His experience and obvious professionalism 3) most imp. sincere desire to "make the customer happy". I was not disappointed. the crew arrived on time, did outstanding work, and cleaned up before they left. There was one snafu. when i pointed it out -no excuses, they took care of it immediately! Highly recommend Ben and Hybrid Air!
